Personal information we collect
We collect personal information that is reasonably necessary for our business functions. This may include your name, email address, phone number, company or brand name, and any details you provide when contacting us through our website, by email, or by phone.
We do not intentionally seek to collect sensitive information through this website. Please do not include sensitive information in website forms. If sensitive information is provided to us without being requested, we will handle it in accordance with applicable privacy law.
How we collect personal information
We collect personal information directly from you when you submit our contact or feedback forms, send us an email, or speak with us by phone. Our website forms are processed by Formspree, a third-party form handling service based in the United States.
Our website is hosted on Cloudflare, which may process standard technical information such as IP address, browser type and pages visited. We also use Cloudflare Turnstile on website forms to help distinguish people from bots and prevent automated abuse. Turnstile processes limited technical signals for this security purpose.
Website analytics and cookies
We use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use our website and to improve its performance, content and usability. These services use cookies and similar technologies to collect information such as pages visited, session timing, approximate location, and browser and device details.
Microsoft Clarity also captures interaction events such as clicks, scrolling and page navigation and uses page content and those events to create visual reconstructions of browsing sessions. These are not video recordings.
We use this information for website measurement, troubleshooting and improvement. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings, although doing so may limit the accuracy or functionality of these services.
Purpose of collection
We collect and use personal information to respond to your enquiries, provide our services, communicate with you about projects, operate and secure our website, measure and improve its performance, content and usability, and comply with our legal obligations.
Disclosure
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We may share information with third-party service providers, including Formspree, Cloudflare, Google and Microsoft, to operate and secure our website, respond to enquiries, measure website use, troubleshoot issues and improve the website experience. Some providers process information outside Australia, including in the United States.
Storage and security
We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from misuse, interference, loss, and unauthorised access or disclosure. Information submitted through our website forms is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS).
